• To request services, please contact us first. We will negotiate the fee, and inform you either email or mail your photos to us.
• The service charge depends on individual request. We offer the lowest service fee, it could be as low as $5 to $10 for a simple photo modification.
• We use PayPal Email Payment to collect service fees.

• Returning customers receive 10-15% discount on any service or purchase.
